I apologise if you’ve heard most of this before. I’ll make it mercifully brief this year.
It has become an annual, (some might say anal) tradition of mine to change up the décor of this blog on New Year’s Day every year and today is no exception.
This used to entail changing the whole layout, but in recent times I’ve settled on the current Kent theme and in the continued absence of anything better coming along we’re sticking with it for another twelve months.
One of the things I like most about Kent is the large vertical (on PC and tablet tilted to landscape) header area that allows a great way to show off some of the best images taken each prior year.
For any sad buggers who want to take a trip down memory lane and check out all the old themes and header images used on this blog since 2011, this post from two years ago takes you through the whole evolution of things up to that point.
As always, before I can show you the images that will be appearing on your screens at random every time you visit for the next 365 days, we must pay homage to the outgoing crop of 18 by admiring them one last time…
And now, without any further ado, I present the class of 2018!
This year for the first time ever I have broken my cast iron rule and included two images from the same match. But it was the best match of the year by far and, you know, flares and Waiheke – what can you do?
Except say ‘Buon Anno!’ And welcome to ITBOTN – 2018 edition.
