An historic day

Now, I know a lot has happened in the world of football today. We have learned that Zdeněk Zeman is all but confirmed as the new Roma coach. Arrests have been made in Italian match fixing investigations and it looks like some clubs will be thrown out of Europe – Lazio chief amongst them. Everyone is debating the merits of a BBC Panorama programme that has exposed thuggish and racist football fan behaviour in Poland a week out from Euro 2012. And the latest in a loooooooong line of future Lionel Messis, Eden Hazard, has signed for Chelski. But all of that pales into insignificance, my friends, because I, via Scarves on Statues, have made my debut appearance in THE fan newspaper of AS Roma, ‘il Romanista’.
